Rates

• $120 for 60 minute sessions 
• 30 min, 45 min, and 90 min sessions are prorated based on the above rate.

Insurance

I no longer accept insurance, but I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for out of network benefits. 

Depending on your health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, therapy services may be covered in full or in part. Please check with your provider to confirm the details of your coverage. Keep in mind that insurance requires a mental health diagnosis, as services must be deemed medically necessary in order to qualify for reimbursement.  

It is important to note that you don’t need a mental health diagnosis to benefit from therapy. Many people seek support for personal growth and overall wellness. While insurance typically doesn’t cover this, investing in your mental well-being is one of the most valuable choices you can make for yourself.

Payment

I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 to 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
