I work individually with older teens and adults navigating anxiety, stress, parenting concerns, chronic illness, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and self-aware, yet still feel stuck in recurring patterns that leave them overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward.

My approach is depth-oriented and practical. Together, we work to better understand these patterns, where they come from, and develop more effective ways of responding. This may include learning to manage overwhelming emotions, improve communication and relationships, strengthen decision-making, and approach life changes with greater clarity, confidence, and stability.

Anxiety

You may be experiencing anxiety, but often the deeper frustration is feeling stuck in patterns that don’t seem to change, despite insight, self-awareness, or efforts to manage them.

Many people find themselves feeling stuck, unsure how to process what has happened or how to move forward.

In our work together, we take time to understand how you’re responding to these changes, explore the patterns that may be shaping your experience, and develop ways of moving forward that feel more grounded and aligned with your life.

Parenting

Parenting often brings old patterns, emotions, and relationship dynamics to the surface in unexpected ways. You may find yourself reacting more strongly than you want to, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, or struggling to balance caring for others while staying connected to yourself.

Together, we explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion while developing more grounded and effective ways of responding, creating greater clarity, connection, and emotional stability within yourself and your family.

Older Teens

The older teen years can bring significant pressure, uncertainty, and emotional intensity for both teens and parents. Many teens are navigating anxiety, stress, identity development, relationships, academic pressure, family dynamics, and questions about who they are and where they’re headed.

I work with older teens in a supportive, nonjudgmental way that encourages self-understanding, emotional awareness, and healthier ways of coping and communicating. Together, we explore recurring patterns, emotional reactions, and life stressors while developing practical tools for navigating challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and stability.
