I work individually with older teens and adults navigating anxiety, stress, parenting concerns, chronic illness, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and self-aware, yet still feel stuck in recurring patterns that leave them overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward.
My approach is depth-oriented and practical. Together, we work to better understand these patterns, where they come from, and develop more effective ways of responding. This may include learning to manage overwhelming emotions, improve communication and relationships, strengthen decision-making, and approach life changes with greater clarity, confidence, and stability.
